Hi, I'm Colleen Goupil, your candidate for Ward 4. 

I’ve worked in the legal field and have held meaningful positions and chaired in community services for more than 20 years, and in that time, I’ve seen how major decisions are usually made — with evidence, accountability, long-term planning, and a realistic path forward. My campaign is built on three main pillars of action.

My Three Pillars:

Support - Building a stronger community by listening to residents, supporting local organizations, and ensuring people feel heard, included, and connected.

Transparency - Advocating for open communication, clear decision-making, and accountability so residents understand how and why decisions are made.

Housing & Mental Health - Supporting practical solutions that improve access to housing and strengthen mental health services, recognizing that safe housing and wellbeing are essential to a healthy community.

June 26, Clean parks build stronger communities. When our parks are clean, they’re safer, more welcoming, and more enjoyable for everyone — families, kids, seniors, and visitors alike. Small actions make a big difference: picking up litter, respecting shared spaces, and taking pride in our neighbourhoods. Through my boxing classes, I’ve learned discipline, resilience, and that progress comes from hard work and standing up for what you believe in.
